Enercoop has already signed three PPAs to supply itself

Enercoop, the cooperative energy association, has already signed three energy purchase agreements to obtain 14.2 GWh per year. Its objective is to achieve

90 GWh per year by 2023, i.e. 10% to 13% of this cooperative's equilibrium perimeter (of needs?). The association is adapting to consumers' desire to have a local foothold.

This is the case of SEM24 Périgord which has organised a €50,000 equity financing to very partially finance a 5 MWp power plant, or the power plant located in Maine et Loire developed by the department's SED and Energie Partagée.

According to Enercoop, the PPAs signed in 2020 in the world reach 23.7 GWp and €25 billion in investment. In France, Enercoop reports only six major PPAs, with 176 MW signed. These PPAs have been concluded slightly above market prices (between 50 and 65 euros/MWh).
