The shortage of skilled labour

The expansion of the solar industry is accelerating, but the shortage of skilled labour could interrupt this momentum.

Growth in the sector as a whole shows no signs of slowing. In Europe alone, installed production capacity is set to double over the next five years. The labour shortage needs to be addressed.
