Imeon has developed PV inverters using silicon carbide. This material optimises the conversion of solar energy.

Yaskawa Solectria Solar, in partnership with panel manufacturer First Solar, has developed inverters for large solar power plants to reduce degradation rates. These are Buy American Act compliant products and eligible for the 100% National Content Bonus credit under the Inflation Reduction Act. These materials were developed in collaboration with First Solar.

Paris-based Feedgy is presenting 96-cell semi-transparent heterojunction panels with a power output of 300 Wp to 320 Wp, a transparency of 39% and an efficiency of 13.9% to 14.8%. They are specially designed for market gardening, arboriculture and floriculture. They will be manufactured by Huasun of China.
